Plan B Fitness Camps

Plan B Fitness Camps offer a training and nutritional programme that is guaranteed to tone and melt away inches from those troublesome body parts. It uses the M.E.N.D. Fitness & Fat Loss System, devised by founder and Ironman Triathlete Chris Hipsey, to give a stronger, slimmer physique.   • Plan B Fitness Camps groupMotivation: Everything is easier with encouragement, which is one of the reasons Plan B gets great results. When you train with others striving for the same goal, you get accountability, encouragement and group camaraderie, which makes it so much easier than dragging yourself to the gym or out for a run alone.
  • – Exercise: With Plan B you get 8-12 high energy workouts a month (2-3 per week). The workouts focus on the ‘after burn’ – exercises are designed to burn calories during and after the workout, keeping your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours after you’ve finished the session.
  • – Nutrition: Unfortunately there’s no getting away from the fact that nutrition makes up around 70% of the results of any fitness or fat loss programme. Plan B provides you with information to embark on a new way of eating, including the Plan B Nutritional System, 7-day eating plans, and lots of recipes (including new ones every month).
  • – Direction: To achieve results you need specific, measurable goals. Plan B gives you goal-setting advice, weighing and measuring guidelines (even a Plan B tape measure!), and measurement tables to monitor your progress. You’ll also receive unlimited phone, text and email support.

Plan B Fitness Camps run in Kneller Gardens, Twickenham three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays), with classes at 6.00-7.00am and 9.30-10.30am. They also run in Broom Road Recreation Ground, Teddington twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), with classes at 6.00-7.00am and 9.15-10.15am. Plan B Fitness Camps cost £97.00-£147.00 per month (depending on whether you join two or three sessions per week).
