Annie Deadman logoAnnie Deadman Training offers a complete fitness, strength and fat-loss package. With individual and group classes, and high and low impact options, there’s something for everyon whatever their goals!

Annie Deadman Personal TrainingFrom a studio in Hampton, Annie and her colleague Aaron Robers run personal training sessions. Personal training can help people stick to their promises and follow their programme by making them accountable to someone else! The studio contains full weight-lifting equipment and the sessions comprise a mix of short but intensive cardio as well as resistance training with barbells.

Annie Deadman BootcampGroup training sessions also run all year round (Bootcamps, Circuits, Boxing & Body Conditioning), and there is a timetable on their website. The instructors are motivational and have a knack of coaxing even the most hesitant member. Bootcamps are held inside for most of the year, but venture into Bushy Park and Holly Road recreation ground in Hampton Hill when it’s warm.

Annie Deadman CircuitsCircuits classes are hugely popular and a great way to beef up strength, stamina and fitness levels. They take place inside in Hampton and Hampton Hill, and no two classes are ever the same. The instructors using their skill, experience and the large range of equipment to keep things varied and fun, with around 20 different stations in each class.

Annie Deadman BoxingOn Saturday mornings a Boxing for Fitness class takes place. This is tremendously therapeutic, and with the endorphins soaring it’s easy to get hooked. Participants pair up and take it in turns with gloves and pads while they’re taken through a variety of punches as well as sweaty fitness drills. An all-over workout and a great way to start the weekend!

Annie Deadman FIRMFor those who prefer something low impact, Annie Deadman Training also runs body conditioning classes called FIRM, which are very painful but also very effective! During the classes, participants use light weights and bands with lots of reps to ensure a strength and firmness they’d never get working on their own. The classes have a good vibe and are very popular.

Annie Deadman Weight LossFor those seeking to lose fat and change shape, the famous 21 Day BLAST fat-loss programme runs around every eight weeks. This is a 21-day group fitness and nutrition programme, where you can choose pilates or more energetic forms of exercise to compliment the BLAST eating plan. The results are long-lasting and the testimonials glowing.

Annie Deadman PilatesAnnie Deadman Training also runs regular mixed-ability pilates classes during term-time, as well as a short beginners course. These are taught by Annie herself and based in Hampton Hill. The mix of pure pilates as well as other core strengthening methods has proved very popular and effective in lessening injuries and building a strong, lean body.
