Nikki was first introduced to pilates through dance when she was a teenager growing up in Australia. She was amazed at how it improved her strength and body awareness, and her passion for pilates was ignited.

NUbody Pilates TwickenhamWhen Nikki moved to the UK in 2010, she trained and qualified as a teacher with Body Control Pilates, becoming a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and the Register for Exercise Professionals (Level 3). Nikki strongly believes that health and fitness are directly linked to happiness. She is passionate about the benefits of pilates classes, and the perfect balance of toning and core strength they provide as a prevention to back pain, rehabilitation from injury, and an accompaniment to any cardio regime.

NUbody Pilates TwickenhamNikki specialises in Strength & Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Ease of Movement, and Post Rehabilitation pilates classes. To keep classes varied and interesting, Nikki and her team use different equipment and fuse traditional pilates with barre-based training, resulting in classes that are flowing and dynamic:
