Heart Nannies

Heart Nannies LogoHeart Nannies is an innovative, responsive and professional childcare specialist with many years of experience within the childcare industry. They are passionate about childcare, and so are their nannies… passionate about children, their wellbeing and happiness, as well as their safety and security.

Heart NanniesHeart Nannies only place nannies that have the skills and ability to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for your children. They only place nannies who are highly qualified, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and discrete. All nannies have been recently DBS-checked, thoroughly interviewed, have a minimum of two years’ experience in childcare and a paediatric first aid certificate, and are Ofsted registered (or are willing to be).

There are three main roles that Heart Nannies fill, although they will always seek to meet whatever your requirements are:

  • Nannies: professional childcarers who are responsible for your children’s care, well-being, learning and development rather than the general housework and household chores. Nannies’ working hours are generally from about 8.00am to 6.00pm, and they can be live-in or live-out, full or part time.
  • Nanny Housekeepers: duties are not only to take care of children but also undertake domestic chores, including things like cleaning, tidying, laundry, cooking, driving, shopping, and pet care. They usually work around 10 hours per day on a temporary or permanent basis, and can be live-in, live-out, full or part time.
  • Mother’s Helps: work alongside a mother to provide support with childcare, light housework and shopping. They generally have no formal qualifications in childcare, but as they gain more experience may take on more responsibilities. Again, they can be temporary, permanent, live-in, live-out, full or part time.

Heart Nannies aim is to deliver high levels of customer service with a personal touch at competitive price. For this reason they provide support not just whilst placing the candidates but also throughout the entire period of placement. They are happy to offer guidance on interviews, police checks, contracts and pay roll, along with any other nanny-related questions you may have at any point during the process.
